The product has been working properly for just over 6 months. I stopped working 3 days ago. Only the driver's window went down. I emailed the seller and he responded within 30 minutes. The switches have an excellent warranty, the seller sent a replacement the next day. You can send the switch back and they will send you a new one OR for 1p they will send you a new switch with a return label to send the old unit back. 10/10 would recommend and buy again
