Some tips for installing and configuring your new smart scale: • If you have VPN software installed on your phone (I have an iPhone for installation ), you must turn it off before you can read the scale through the app • The scale is preconfigured for the metric system (kilograms vs pounds and centimeters vs inches), which means the scale will display weight in kilograms By default. You will need to press the "units" button on the back of the scale a few times until the display changes to pounds. • The app asks for height in centimeters and has no options for inches. I used Google to convert my height from inches to cm • The MAYWAY app does not support Apple Health. If you want your Smart Scale information shared with Apple Health, you must use the SMART Life app instead of MAYWAY. • The MAYWAY app asks you to share your location. This is not required for the app to work and you should not allow it or it will track your location using your phone GPS Pros: • Easy setup (see above first) • WiFi access makes sharing information easier • Lots of additional Information next to the weight • Each user can have a separate profile with the same scale • Almost accurate I weighed with two additional scales and they were within +/- 3% of the weight displayed by the smart scale • 90 days free Revain support Cons : • The manual is missing a lot of important setup information. • The MAYWAY app does not support Apple Health. • The scale is shipped with metrics supported and the manual does not tell you how to change this. I think the Libra has a lot of potential. I'm not sure if any other information (other than weight) is correct as I haven't been able to verify it. I hope they fix the issues described above in the next version.
