This arrived on time, in new condition and with all components advertised. I love this shop! it's just fantastic and a joy to use. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 and it works great. The only reasons I don't give five stars are: 1. The lenses in the headset seem to get dirty extremely easily and every speck of dust seems to be attracted to the lenses like a magnet. I put the lid on very carefully and don't touch the lenses, but I have to clean them all the time. Once the spot appears, it blurs the image and damages the eyes. Make sure you always have a microfiber cloth handy.2. The remote control is very accurate and easy to use, but needs to be connected to my phone all the time. Almost every time I use the headset I have to re-pair the remote. It could be a problem with my phone but I doubt it as I don't have any problems with other bluetooth devices.3. The headset is a bit too big for most users, which makes it sit low on the nose. This will pinch your nose a bit and turn you into a mouth breather unless you uncomfortably tighten the straps. After all I will be buying another one for my wife and would highly recommend this headset. This headset just blew me away. I would expect to pay triple for something of this type and quality.
