Excellent Customer Service!! Highly Recommend

Great support. Great software and they are always very easy to get a hold of. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit for a response but all in all they are very helpful and responsive. The software sometimes gets outdated though. I wish they were more consistent with keeping up with the times. I would definitely recommend trying out the software. They really do what they say they are going to do. They are always very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. We are able to manage all of our different programs and keep them all in check. The software helps us with all of the reporting. The software helps us keep track of our patient intake as well as order fulfillment. We realized that we were able to process orders and send out patient invoices in a timely manner. We were able to receive the patient's medical recommendation faster due to the quick response times. We I like how easy it was to get started, especially as an out-of-the gate user! The customer service has been nothing but amazing - they've gone above and beyond in helping me make sense of their product. It's not perfect yet (i'm sure there are some bugs), so if you're looking at using this software, try it out first before committing! We were able to create custom loyalty programs with our customers, which allowed us to provide them discounts when they visited our stores.
