I'm a big fan of Cressi scuba gear and have used it snorkeling in different places around the world. I wholeheartedly support the discontinued Kappa dry snorkel, Alpha dry snorkel, Cressi Palau short fins, Cressi "Panorama" masks and Big Eyes Evolution Crystal mask. The "crystal" nickname in these masks' names refers to Cressi's proprietary formula of clear silicone, which is said to resist yellowing over time. After nearly three years of use, my Big Eyes Evolution Crystal mask still looks and performs like new. Silicone is very dense and comfortable on the face and offers excellent water resistance. Strap adjustment is quick and easy by simply pulling on the strap adjustment tabs located on each side of the mask. Given the almost complete visual and functional similarity of the Air mask to the Big Eyes Evolution Crystal, if I were interested in purchasing one of these masks, I would purchase any available model at a lower price.
