Great shorts for BJJ and Muay Thai! I'm 5ft 8in, muscular at 160lbs and these MEDIUM fit perfectly. Plenty of freedom of movement, but not wavy. The length is perfect and they hit just above the knee. The fabric also feels heavy and durable. There is an elastic piece on the back of the waistband that allows me to take them off without velcro, which is nice. Then I just tie the inner drawstring and I'm ready to roll. All in all great shorts for MMA etc.
