As a hobby athlete with a strong focus on nutrition, Pancake Mix brings a welcome change to my breakfast ritual or as a snack between meals when I'm looking for extra protein. They freeze very well or pack up as a snack for on the go. The protein content is one of the highest in pancake mixes, although I usually add an egg to the batter to increase the protein and fat content a bit.
