Probably the best pancake mix by far - with the most acceptable macro balance!

As a hobby athlete with a strong focus on nutrition, Pancake Mix brings a welcome change to my breakfast ritual or as a snack between meals when I'm looking for extra protein. They freeze very well or pack up as a snack for on the go. The protein content is one of the highest in pancake mixes, although I usually add an egg to the batter to increase the protein and fat content a bit. The egg also adds some "fluff" to the finished pancake. The flavors are all superb, although personally I prefer "maple syrup". depending on taste) and 24-31g carbohydrates (depending on taste) per serving. However, this comes with a caveat. If you're looking to eat less than a certain number of carbs per day (like on a ketogenic diet), these pancakes won't do you much good. Otherwise, a protein-to-carb ratio close to 1:1 is a good place to start. The carb content shows that 8 grams is sugar, presumably due to the addition of stevia to the mix. admit it) they are slam dunk!
