New in Oil Pulling best in Mouthwash
I received my package on time as scheduled. I have been diagnosed with periodontal disease and am looking for natural remedies; I am new to oil pulling. I have to admit the oil made me throw up the first time (that's why I'm giving it 4 stars). DO NOT PLAY IN THE SINK or it will clog. The first time I managed to complete the process in 3 minutes, the second time I advanced to 5 minutes and the third time to 10 minutes. I haven't had the product in a week to be able to give more detail about my skin or hair but I can say my mouth feels clean (MUCH better) and my breath feels and smells fresh all day.
