I'm too lazy to go to the dentist and floss but I brush my teeth perfectly ;) After 2 years of visiting the dentist and 6 months of using this product, the dentist said I had better gums and better Teeth she's ever seen :) Use regularly and for as long as you can keep it in your mouth. I usually rinse for about 7-10 minutes. Namaste.

It works! Mouthwash

Just started my second bottle. After battling gum disease for over 30 years, undergoing multiple oral surgeries and standard dental procedures, I didn't have much hope that this would work. Almost immediately I saw and felt the difference. The taste reminds me a bit of cod liver oil, but once I got used to it, it wasn't too bad. Just received yesterday. Used last night and first thing this morning. Not too bad tasting or difficult to use. I received a thank you coupon for my purchase but when I went online to request it they repeatedly said they couldn't find this order but here is my order. I checked the order number to make sure I put the correct number in and I did. I wasn't expecting FREE oil, but if you include a FREE oil coupon, at least set it up to recognize order numbers. New in Oil Pulling best in Mouthwash

I received my package on time as scheduled. I have been diagnosed with periodontal disease and am looking for natural remedies; I am new to oil pulling. I have to admit the oil made me throw up the first time (that's why I'm giving it 4 stars). DO NOT PLAY IN THE SINK or it will clog.
