I like that the customer support is really helpful and responsive! It's easy for me to send them questions via email as well. The layout of their website can be confusing if you are not looking forward to it. They also do not provide training sessions or tutorials before starting with clients. There should definitely be more videos/tutorials available online so new users don't have to wait until they get started working with an agency. If you want someone who will take care of your business needs - this place knows what its doing! We needed help creating our own marketing materials (flyer templates). Creating customized flyers for events was much easier than we thought.
