Since 1999, the team at ePageCity Chicago has offered professional website design services and custom web application development solutions to small businesses, non-profit organizations and enterprise level brands.
I liked that they were very flexible in terms of working with us (and being able reach out when we needed them). They also have great customer service! We worked together for over two years building our site from scratch - which was an awesome experience overall but definitely took some time/effort upfront because there are so many moving parts involved once you get down into it all; not just coding specifically as well. Our goal is more towards long term engagement rather than quick turnaround
Pros
We liked that they were very flexible and worked with our company and our time/effort
Cons
They have great customer service and we worked with them for a long time
I like that the customer support is really helpful and responsive! It's easy for me to send them questions via email as well. The layout of their website can be confusing if you are not looking forward to it. They also do not provide training sessions or tutorials before starting with clients.
There should definitely be more videos/tutorials available online so new users don't have to wait until they get started working with an agency. If you want someone who will take care of your business…
Pros
Great Customer Service
Easy access through phone, chat & emails.
Quick response time from staff members when contacted directly by telephone /email
The customer service is fantastic! I've been working with them for years now (since 2013) - they have always done an amazing job of keeping me informed throughout each project we do together. They are quick when it comes time to get things rolling, but also very patient as our projects grow in scope. At this point I think their work speaks for itself; no complaints here.
We're able to build out several sites that were previously just static landing pages or brochure style websites into full…
Pros
EPC does wonderful design at scale using best practices from web standards & accessibility guidelines while meeting business goals along every step of development process including usability testing before launch
Cons
Nothing really stands apart so far..if there's anything you dislike about us then let your rep know :)
