A year ago we bought three of these to hang on a tree in the yard before Christmas. We liked her so much that we left her all year round. I especially like that they give off a "warm" light instead of the harsh fluorescent light that some of the newer LEDs have (phew!). We connected them together and then to an extension cord that goes to our porch with a timer that turns on at dusk and off after a few hours so we don't even have to 'manage' them. Two of them stopped working after a pretty strong hurricane, we were able to fix one, but the other one was lost forever. I don't think this is necessarily a design flaw, but something to keep in mind. You might want to bring them indoors if you expect strong winds. We get lots of compliments on her.
