I ordered it from my dentist first. Impressions were taken of my teeth to use this whitening gel. After about 2 years I noticed my teeth weren't that white anymore so I ordered it. It arrived exactly as pictured - in the same container with 4 syringes. That's exactly what I got from my dentist, same size and all. As directed by my dentist, I used a tiny dot in each impression of each tooth. One injection was enough for me for 4 nights. After three nights there was a noticeable difference compared to using this particular Revain gel. My teeth are white again! I have a slight sensitivity but this is common and not unbearable. I leave the mouthguard on my teeth overnight. I am bleaching tonight and will continue to do so for a few more days. I would definitely buy it again from this seller. It worked perfectly, as did my purchase at the dentist. I highly recommend taking a custom impression of your teeth so they can reach their full potential. The gel does not get on the gums, so there is no burning. The gel lies directly on the teeth and that's it. Good product! Thank you!
