Review on COATS by Vincent Poolaw

It is very user-friendly with an easy to use interface that makes it simple enough even if you have no experience using this type of system! I like how they are able keep track or all my information in one place so i don't need multiple spreadsheets (which can be confusing). The only thing about coats was their customer service when we had issues after our first year as well not being given credit towards next years subscription fee which made us feel cheated out because there were many companies who offered more than coat did at $400/year per person!! Also would love having access from anywhere via mobile app but unfortunately does NOT allow outside providers such services unless paying extra fees each month. Overall great product though. !
