Overall a good backpack for what I needed. We wanted something my daughter could use to take a chicken or two with us for our volunteer work at the recreation center. Accommodates multiple bantams or one full size chick. Beautifully finished and looks durable. The only thing that hurt was that the bottom plate was bent in such a way that it didn't stay flat and popped out all the time. Without them, the ground shakes a little. I think I can heat it up and then put it under load to see if that helps. Also allow some time to air before use. It has a strong plastic odor that will disappear after airing it out for a while. In general, the product is very satisfied. Only used a few times. It's a bit wide in the straps if you're a small person, but it fits my 14 year old with broad shoulders perfectly. The chicken didn't mind at all and seemed to enjoy the ride. have multiple metal or plastic rings on the strap for attaching accessories - for future upgrades.
