EDITOR'S REVIEW 11/21/2020LEAVE THESE GLOVES. Today when I started riding I noticed I had a small hole where the stitching started to unravel. 100 miles later it was a big, huge hole. Luckily I had my polar gloves with me, just in case, so I wouldn't be driving without gloves all day in cold weather. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Buy a good pair of gloves. It's not like this. I bought these hoping that a pair of $30 semi-synthetic gloves would serve me well. Everything is fine with them. The first thing I noticed was how uncomfortable the glove's inner seams are. Where leather meets synthetic, it's rough and scratchy. I spent some time breaking it open and oiling the leather before my first ride so it wouldn't rip my fingers. The touch screen function does not work on my pair. It just isn't. The gloves fit well overall and after breaking them in properly I generally felt comfortable on my ride. At the end of the trip, my hands turned black from paint on cheap materials. It was a hot day, 85 degrees F or better all day. I suspect the sweat from my hands has caused the paint to leach out. In general? I want to save my money and buy a better quality pair of gloves. They're great if you're on a budget and need leather hand and knuckle guards, but buy a better pair if you can.
