I like that it is easy to use for our small team as we have limited number of people working with us at any given time. It can be quite confusing when you first start using them but once your used they make sense so its not too hard to pick up! We don't really dislike anything about their product or service just some minor things such as how long does it take to get an answer from support (sometimes takes days) which could possibly improve if there was more staff available during office hours. If i had one thing negative then it would maybe be that sometimes certain features do not work properly/at all causing issues within my system. There has been no problems thus far however this will hopefully change soon due to growth etc. They provide excellent customer services via email & phone calls making sure everything runs smoothly without having to wait around for ages while waiting for someone else to reply.
