I like that it shows you a map of who has been contacted in your case. It's also helpful for seeing how close you are to closing out your case. I don't think there is anything I dislike about this program. It does exactly what it says it will do so far. If you want to see who was contacted as part of your case, this is the tool to use. You can see who has been contacted or who hasn't been contacted. This helps you keep track of who contacts have been made with by investigators and/or attorneys working on your matter. I enjoy that it can be used for both personal use as well as business/corporate uses! The program has all of my contacts in one place so we don't have duplicates or loose files anymore!! This way if someone leaves our team there are less chances they will lose their information. No other programs allow me access from work (home) like this. ! Nothing at least i dislike about using Andromedas product line was not able find anything but love everything else. !!
