Expensive but worth it

Basic food for my birds. Many years ago a vet recommended nutritious nuggets if I wanted them to be healthy and live long - my two budgies are over 10 years old (sorry I didn't write down when I got them) and sing all the time. She, a veterinarian, said the seeds are unhealthy foods that lead to malnutrition and early death.
