For my two Xbox One controllers this is perfect
I have a windows wireless adapter for xbox because bluetooth is not working on my pc motherboard. I needed batteries for two of my Xbox One controllers. I've tried it and it works perfectly, also there is no battery drain after turning off the controller which is something I've had with normal batteries. The only thing annoying is that there is no power adapter to connect it to. Luckily I have an old Motorola power adapter for my old Nexus 6 phone and I use that for power.
