I use my computer in a noisy environment so I really like these headphones. They're comfortable, they block out a significant amount of noise with the noise canceling off, and even more so with it. This is my first active noise canceling headset and reading the negative reviews I suspect many of these people are unaware of the process. No system is perfect. I have a pair of earmuffs to protect my hearing when using power tools. They block a lot more noise. but they are huge, no headphones. My friends who are headphone addicts and buy Bose will talk about how the active noise cancellation blocks most of the noise, but what isn't blocked almost seems amplified because it's no longer in the background. . this. a specific person on a crowded flight. This feature seems worth the extra money to me. Nothing is perfect and I don't like that about her; 1. built-in rechargeable battery. It would be much better with AAA batteries. If you forget to charge or use it for a very long time without being able to charge, it's not a problem. Eventually, the built-in battery will reach the end of its lifespan and cannot be replaced. It shows you the remaining battery life when you turn it off. This is pretty useful, but it would be a lot more helpful if it also/instead told you when you turned it on, or some other indicator.3. The buttons feel a little cheap, but no issues so far. All in all I would probably buy them again. They look a lot better than the prettier headphones which means I would buy them even if I had the money. Unless my work required absolutely top-notch sound quality, or I've found something just as good or better that uses AAA/AA batteries.
