The rubber parts are either glued between several individual dies, are coming loose from their own wooden handle, or are glued wrong (rotated 90 degrees so it doesn't stamp in the correct orientation; a also, because the stamps are rectangular and not square, the rubber pieces do not have a wooden grip over them, so the pressure is not evenly applied to the stamps). The box is also very annoying. There are no individual holes for each stamp and the stamps don't hold up well. It's very frustrating to put them back in place, especially when you want to keep them in order.
