Although I bought it last month I wanted to wait until now to write my review. The only issue I have with this phone is that the incoming call volume can be too low depending on the ringtone even when the volume control is set to high. I don't consider myself hard of hearing, but I had concerns about using this phone for work from home when I couldn't hear the caller. So I did a lot of research and bought a Clarity 10BK 50800.001 Walker In Line Amp - Black, which effectively doubled the price of the phone to over $60. However, I still find this combination superior to other headset phones offered by Revain. And the last - thanks to one of the answers about the mute switch. I found this switch in the "on" position when the other person hung up on my first call without hearing me.
