I love that it has an easy to use interface, which is great for my clients! If you are looking into this product make sure your organization knows what they want from their scheduler as far appointments go before choosing one over another app if possible!! It's not too hard or complicated once we figured out how things worked but sometimes there was confusion about certain features of our account when switching between apps so be prepared with questions beforehand in case any arise during training sessions etc..
