I bought this cable because it was cheap and looked like a pretty good cable. However, it worked as a charger but not as a data cable on multiple computers. Not sure if it's a computer or a cable, but on some computers the phone wasn't recognized when I plugged in the phone. Even for the PCs that recognized the phone, the connection was unreliable. If you're looking for a data cable, you can look elsewhere.
