Just spent two hours removing a broken toilet seat, the anchor holding tool is a joke made out of thin metal that bends so easily it doesn't do anything. hold anchor. If the house didn't have this toilet I'd rather buy a brand new toilet to avoid a damn disappointment. Oh, and see, the manual basically says if the tool doesn't work, try pliers to get the screw out. I lift a lot of weights and I'll never get that bolt out for the rest of my life. I actually started lifting the toilet so I tried to hold the toilet and pull on that screw. Nada. In the end, the screw rose enough to be cut off with a dremel. After ripping the seat to get it out of the way. Not only is this kit ridiculously expensive, it's not going to help you take the damn thing off. If the tool worked, it was worth it. But in this case, $25 bought me 2 hours of abuse and deprivation.
