I had to return some other collars in store and online before I found this one. Quality construction. Real rhinestone is not sticky or shiny like lower quality products. Great even for a teacup pom pom. This style is MUCH better for small dogs because of the pinhole belt closure. There is too much excess fabric on an adjustable clip-on pant and the buckle gets tangled in the adjustment loop. This is a clean, tangle free clip, a good size that I can find even in a lot of fur. It is suitable for small dogs. Promise. I've used it with a 2 lb teacup pom pom. Highly recommended.
