Ordered this as a Christmas present for my father-in-law and it worked great at first. Less than 1 month later the crashes started as it stopped connecting and the overall quality was very poor. When he contacted Trond about this, they helped him by checking the order on Amazon and offering a refund or replacement without too much hassle. Customer service was good and didn't bother him. Maybe mass production made it bad as it can happen to anything. I will look into another brand before buying another one of these.
