Very happy with the headphones so far. It was only one day of use and if my experience changes I will definitely update my review. The packaging was a plain box, no instructions but with a basic knowledge of Bluetooth it's very easy to set up, charge and connect to my devices. USB provided. The product came on time and was new. The sound quality is fine and very pleasant. In the past I've paid more money for lower spec headphones.

These headphones have a very stylish look. The set includes three earphones of different sizes, which is very convenient. The headphones themselves fit snugly against the ear, which ensures a very pleasant sound. The charging port is easily accessible. The volume controls are located on the right side and are easy to control. They stay charged for 4-6 hours of listening, which is plenty for everyday use, just remember to plug them in every night. They are also easy to pair with devices.

I purchased this item on 21st January 2016. A month later the product became unusable, didn't work, wouldn't connect, didn't do anything. . Even when it worked, I had trouble pairing it with my iPod Touch and Android phone. After pairing, it was difficult to connect. Although everything worked, the sound quality is normal. Ordered this as a Christmas present for my father-in-law and it worked great at first. Less than 1 month later the crashes started as it stopped connecting and the overall quality was very poor. When he contacted Trond about this, they helped him by checking the order on Amazon and offering a refund or replacement without too much hassle. Customer service was good and didn't bother him. The sound quality is excellent, good bass, good treble. Working perfectly in the steam bath and sauna. Battery life is pretty good, but you can get used to charging it every other day.
