Comfortable to wear and very clear sound, no gaps as far as I can tell. Pairing was the easiest thing I've ever experienced for a Bluetooth device, and the headset tells you when it's "on" and "off" so you don't wonder what its status is. Charge times were quick (typically 2 hours, 4 hours recommended before first use to extend battery life according to the manual). The quoted playback hours (10 hours) seem higher than usual for this type of headset and should last long enough for a full workday's use, but I didn't have enough time to test it. I have a cat. who have chewed on too many bungee cords and cables and spent a small fortune on Apple Lightning cables and headphones. To avoid this, I've recently tried some relatively high-quality over-ear Bluetooth headphones, but they get too hot for my ears and I didn't like the sound quality. I got this kit at a great price and now all I have to do is stop my cat from chewing on the red plug!
