Crappy design, tiny sound - look for something better

I really wanted these to be my main headphones. I used them for 3 weeks in a row until they broke (see photo). Here are the key points: Pros: 1. They stay in the ears - due to the shape of the ear pads, they stay in even with vigorous walking (I didn't try to jog)2. They are easy to use and connect instantly3. The voice prompts for pairing/disconnecting/low battery warning are nice to have. Cons: 1. Poor build quality - at week 4 I hit the power button and a piece of plastic fell off exposing the electronics (see photo). I took very good care of her, so I was very surprised when it happened. 2. The very low sound makes these headphones almost unsuitable for certain types of music (not to mention bass), but they are good for podcasts/audiobooks.3. Battery life is a far cry from 10 hours. Most of what I got was 6 straight hours before I started getting battery alerts. Returns: My headphones broke 33 days after purchase. I tried to return to Amazon but they told me I had more than 30 days. I contacted Trond and they asked for photos. I then emailed Revain again and they just refunded my $30. (Thanks, Revane!). After that I got an email from Trond saying they see I got a refund (they sent me a screenshot). So I think the topic is closed for them. You don't have to worry about quality control if the user has received a refund. Well, it was that email that motivated me the most to write this review. Update: I see you can no longer order them from Revain anyway. I would still avoid other Trond products just in case.
