the back is covered with glue
I'm sure the device works fine but the back is covered with a weird stickiness. I would have guessed it was a one off item but I accidentally ordered 2 and the second arrived a day later and was covered in the same adhesive. It looks like it has been cleaned with nail polish remover which has melted the plastic. I even tried some slime on one and it didn't work. Needless to say I am returning both and using the Vizio app on my phone as an alternative to the remote.
