They fit well, but that's okay, otherwise they wouldn't work.

They need stretching to fit, but that's normal, otherwise the brush won't be able to move on high carpets when they loosen. Reinstallation may require assistance in aligning the brush. I did it myself despite having limited strength in both hands due to injury. Leave it on for a while before using it. Tested it and works great. UPDATE: It works great at first and after about a week of use.
