Great packaging! Box, box, box! When I finally got to the Angel Horn turntable box, it was very well packed for any transport. The deep mahogany wood with highlighted red veins is absolutely beautiful! This is a turntable that will be treasured for years to come. And at this price, it's worth the $179.00 purchase price. Setup was easy and I recommend watching the YouTube video for counterbalance instructions. All in all it took me 30 minutes to listen to John Coltrane while relaxing on my couch. I have some old school tower speakers from the early 90's with two 10" subwoofers, midrange and tweeters that boosted the sound. My next purchase will be a tube amp (not a cheap hybrid model) and my record collection, which I've bought and kept from the 70's to now, will be a pleasure to listen to again! a record player for 20 years and having heard John Coltrane last night I should have made that purchase years ago!
