NetBeez has all the features from an end user point of view, but also includes so much more in terms of technical detail. In particular, they can also be used as a DBA tool to help with troubleshooting DBs or other IT issues. I dislike how easy it is for new users to navigate the dashboard as there isn't always enough detail and in some cases you need to dig through many tabs to find what you are looking for. They do a fantastic job providing a service which is reliable and easy to use. This makes their support team very effective. It would definitely have been helpful if they offered phone support, however this was not available at the time we were using them. We needed a monitoring system to help us monitor our servers and databases and Netbeez has really helped us achieve this over the last year. The ease of use for monitoring all devices in our environment, it's user friendly interface makes setup easy as well! I dislike having some features off by default (like failover) but this can be changed easily once you know how everything works behind-the scenes so there are no complaints here at least from my side :) There isn't anything really i don' like about netbeez other than being able to monitor more hosts/devices then we could before using another tool such us Zenoss or Zabbix etc..
