This product worked for me. However, the swappable analog sticks don't fully adhere to the motherboard. It's not user error either. I have been repairing controllers and game consoles for over 11 years. In fact, it was just a poorly designed product during production. Since they don't sit flat on the motherboard, I had to loosen the screws on the controller's outer shell to get it working. However, when I tighten the screws on the controller's outer shell, the controller pushes against the top of the new analog sticks and doesn't allow them to move fully and fully. It is very important to ensure that the replacement analog sticks lie flat on the motherboard, otherwise the outer shell of the controller can be pressed against the analog sticks. This puts pressure on the thumbsticks, which in turn prevents the analog sticks from moving freely and not working properly.
