I'm a size 6 1/2 and I've read some reviews where someone said to order a size up, I wouldn't if I were you would order your ring size mine is 6 1/2 and the rings are quite thick as some reviews say but i found out the exact size which is 6 1/2 and it fits perfectly. I ordered a 7mm ring. I'm so happy I did. I'm glad I haven't slimmed down because it actually looks richer, richer in Boulder and it just looks very sturdy, very shiny. Love it, me and my husband love our group wedding
