Filter is leaking and most water is not filtering through my Brita Brita Grand Water Filter Jug Yellow 10 Cup. I bought this filter to remove the bad taste of tap water, this filter only reduces the taste as most of the water still comes through unfiltered as it doesn't quite fit in my pitcher. Edit: Brita customer service quickly replaced my filter. The replacement, the exact order of it, fits my Brita perfectly. It was easy to follow the instructions which are clearly written and easy to understand on the packaging and after I put the filter in my Brita the water started flowing as it should. There was no water leakage and the water filtered through the filter was clean and fine without the taste of tap water.
