So wrinkled, for a small head, good price

The hats were assembled and then sealed in a sealed bag. I immediately opened it and put the hats upright. You have so many wrinkles. They have been there for 2 weeks and the wrinkles have not disappeared. I'll try it with a hair dryer on low heat. They appear to be plastic so I'm afraid of melting them. Also, they're smaller, I'm a petite woman, and they barely fit on my head. (Luckily some of these are for decoration)! On the plus side, you get 8 (comparable to Walmart's cost) and they have the classic black witch hat shape that I wanted.
