I have flared wide feet. I usually wear men's 13 EE. Pros: Inexpensive, $60. The sock was perfect and gave good ankle support. Cons: Cheaper plastic materials. Dan Gable Ultimate 4 vs Split Second 9 due to superior traction, flexibility and ankle support (although not as good for wide feet). If you're on a tight budget, Split Second 9 is a great choice. Dan Gable also looked more like loafers as it lacked a true toe box.
