This company is very efficient in customer service. They really want their customers to be happy. I have had many mouth guards ($2000) and this is one of the best. Easy to follow instructions and videos are a great learning tool to make sure everything is done right. Although customer service has set a 'time' for communication, they seem to be working non-stop. I even received replies in the evening. I highly recommend this company among others. Thank you for a great product at an affordable price! incl
