This service is very dependable in my area. It has worked extremely well for us (I work from home), while others have failed for lack of reliability or coverage in our area. I highly recommend this service to all who struggle with connectivity issues. When we first started using HNS services over 2 years ago, we experienced frequent outages that would force me out of my job during working hours; however since switching to their faster service plan, the connection has been rock solid. They also recently updated their internet speed test website, which allows anyone to be able to compare speeds between providers without having to contact them through phone calls as before by providing an easy-to-use interface. The customer service is great, the support is great. The product is great and the price is great. There is nothing that I dislike about this product. The product is great and the customer service is great. They are very friendly and they can help you with any issues that arise. I am able to use the Hughes Network Systems with my business without having to worry about the cost. It is great that I can use this with my business without having to worry about the cost.
