I liked the length and the first 5 months. They worked so I figured they were stronger than other plastic coated cords. They don't load anymore. It's as if the plug and cable are disconnected, and if you set your phone or tablet a certain way and don't touch it, they charge. very bad. 5 months and I don't see where to go for a refund or replacement. After I wrote this post, the company contacted me and sent 2 new cables. I am very glad that they honored and supported their product. Hopefully they keep loading as I love the flexibility and length! Thanks BrexLink for the GREAT customer service!
