Subaru late models have unreliable batteries; All the background electronics and the automatic start/stop function pose a risk of battery drain, especially if you don't drive much. After a recent battery drain, probably related to infrequent use, I decided to give it a try. It seems to give accurate voltage readings compared to other multimeters, can check cranking voltage and also has an alternator charge test. The bluetooth app is well designed and allows me to sit in the car and do some testing. Tests can be saved and compared to identify trends. Now I feel more confident and less likely to be stuck with a dead battery. One star off for cheaper without a storage case.
