Okay, don't get me wrong these markers are really cool and a great alternative to the competing Copic/Prisma markers that starving artists like me can't always afford. However! Please, please, fellow artist, listen to me, always do a color test with any color material you use. To be honest I thought they were nice soft pastel colors as shown by the top caps. But actually it's not. When you purchase this product it comes with TWO color charts to see how the color will look on paper and neither color will match the pastel color on the lid. It was a little disappointing because most of the colors are actually dirty. But I mean I still use them for swamp themes or ghoul/zombie type illustrations for example. Otherwise these signs are really good quality and if you can forgive the cap color for misadvertising then you have a really great product.
