BEAUTIFUL and COMFORTABLE
LOVE! When I received it, the waist looked so small that I didn't think I could fit, but the waist was really stretched! I would say a size 2 could probably wear this and mine is 18w and is even more stretched. When I take it off, the waist comes back. It doesn't stretch. I'm 5'3" and when I wear it around my waist it reaches down to my ankles. Very comfortable and classy. The color is the same as the picture.
