The first thing to know is the removable microSD card. I now have 400 GB of storage space. I use both my computer and my phone as remote control devices. I have the entire music collection in my pocket! Using the DAC to feed the external amplifier and speakers worked great. Copying a CD directly into memory was a breeze. And most importantly, the technical support is top notch! I emailed a question about memory expansion and got a reply from England within a day. The same assistant Paul texted me 5 or 6 times to make sure everything was ok. I love this car! If you have trouble understanding how to use them, email them. They won't let you down.
