🎵 Brennan BB1 32GB Music Player with 10,000 Track Capacity, Video Playback, Bluetooth Connectivity, Internet Radio, and Web User Interface Review

I'm a big fan of the Brennan B2 and its features. When the BB1 was released, one of my main goals was to show my support. It's of course a bonus that I've also started to enjoy the portability factor, the great display and the ability to select favorite music folders instead of copying everything like I do on the B2. Very satisfied. My only wish is that in a future version the BB1 will have a rechargeable internal battery.

However, this was very unstable - sometimes the command that worked before would not be repeated. I've had the Brennan B2 for years and love it because it freed my music from iTunes and allowed me to collect and control plays and playlists through a web interface. The first thing to know is the removable microSD card. I now have 400 GB of storage space. I use both my computer and my phone as remote control devices. I have the entire music collection in my pocket! Using the DAC to feed the external amplifier and speakers worked great. Copying a CD directly into memory was a breeze. The problems I had when connecting to BB1 via a browser were caused by my local network. I used an ASUS RT88U as a router plus an ASUS EXTENDER. Wi-Fi support on the extender was interfering with the router and causing connection errors. After taking advice from Brennan tech support, I replaced the extender with an ASUS AI Mesh node and now everything works great.
