Yes, they are identical to the cleats supplied by Peloton (same quality at a much lower price). However, both the cleats that come with the Peloton and these will not stay on the shoes when removed from the Peloton pedal unless you adjust the tension on the Peloton pedals to a very light setting. I removed the Peloton pedals and switched to the Speedplay pedals that are on my road bike. No extraction problems! So you really have to screw in those cleats and heavily adjust the tension on the Peloton pedals.
