Increased my bench press

My bench press is stuck at 205 lbs with a 1RM of 215 lbs. All I ever wanted was to bank Β£225 with no insurance. I've always been a hardgainer and 225 pounds might be easy for a lot of people, but I've always had a hard time at it. 2 plates on each side has been both a physical and mental barrier for me for many years. I am 5ft 8 inches tall and weighed between 149 and 152 pounds until 2 months ago. I started taking German Creatine about 6 weeks ago and now I can bench press 225 pounds 4 times before I need a spotter. It's amazing. It has helped me gain muscle mass as I am now consistently around 159.5. The best part is that I turned 37 this year. I thought maybe I'd gotten weaker since turning 35 and it definitely felt like I wasn't supplementing. I now have German creatine and protein powder. Now I can lift more than ever before. Thank you, German creatine! When I first started taking German Creatine I went through the loading phase, but I agree with other reviewers that I needn't say it. I don't use it on rest days either. I haven't used it recently and was still able to push 225lbs 4 reps Now I take it as needed When I want to lift heavy weights I take 15 grams (3 scoops) about 30 minutes before going to the gym. the best way to do it, but I was happy with my overall results.
